Salem Industrial Park has a total of 10 buildings.

Buildings 1 and 2 – Contiguous with spaces ranging from 1200 sq. ft. to 3000 sq. ft.. These buildings are single story with front entrances and rear ground level loading doors. These buildings are occupied mostly with smaller service companies that have a need for a smaller office layout with some work or storage areas.

Buildings 3 and 4  – Two story and are also contiguous. They have front office spaces of approx. 2160 sq. ft. on two floors and are connected to rear warehouse or work area spaces of approx. 3840 sq. ft. with loading docks. These buildings are occupied by tenants with a range of 300 sq. ft. as the smallest tenant and 10,000 sq. ft. as the largest tenant.

Buildings 5,6,and 7 – Two story with contiguous spaces that are 3,000 sq. ft. units laid out as two floors of office or work space in front and connected to rear warehouse or work space with high ceiling and loading docks. The end units have drive in bay doors as well as a loading dock.  Tenants in these buildings occupy from 3,000 sq. ft. as the smallest tenant to 30,000 sq. ft. as our largest tenant in these buildings. (Our largest tenant came to us in 1986 with 3,000 sq. ft. and has grown over the years to occupy 30,000 sq. ft. presently).

Buildings 8,9, and 10 – Two story with contiguous spaces that are 3,000 sq. ft. units laid out as two floors of office or work space in front and connected to rear warehouse or work space with high ceiling and loading docks. The end units also have a drive in bay door as well as a loading dock. Tenants in these buildings occupy from 3,000 sq. ft. as the smallest tenant to 39,000 sq. ft. as the largest tenant in these buildings. ( Our largest tenant started with us in 1976 with 2,000 sq. ft. and has grown over the years to their present 39,000 sq. ft. of leased space.)

Building Construction
Buildings 1 and 2 are constructed of block with wooden pitched roof.
Buildings 3 through 10 are block construction with pitched metal roof decking. All roofs are recently replaced , energy efficient TPO membrane.

Utilities
– JCP&L – 208 volt , 3 phase electric , with most units separately metered.
PSE&G – gas service with most units separately metered.
Water – supplied by on-site well.
Phone and internet – Comcast or Embarq.
Cell tower on property –  service providers include Verizon , At&t , Cellco , Omnipoint , Cingular.
Sewer – Public sewer service.
Fiber-Optic Service – There is a fiber-optic service on the property which can be separately contracted.
